@jws Good point. But I use plus addresses only to keep tabs on sites where I have to sign up for things where they ask for an email. Listservs I use one of my kosher addresses, as I figure I want to get that stuff. I've never thought about them selling my email, but I suppose they might.

@sumudu There is no set up. Just give that as an email address if you are asked for one. I do not send any emails using plus addressing so if that is what you want to do I cannot help.

@sumudu In Fastmail? [email protected] will do it. You can then either leave it in you main inbox or divert it to another folder. Easy.

@hybotics One other thing I really like about Fastmail is that the + addressing just works, so I can keep a watch on signups that might be selling my email.

@phoneboy Yeah, funny stuff happens even when weight is not changing. I wouldn't be surprised to see your weight even go up a bit as you swap fat for muscle.
