@matigo Funny you should mention MarsEdit … I spent a fruitless half hour this morning trying to discover whether it could handle WP post types. It can't, but in the course of discovering that I did remember why I actually like MarsEdit a lot.

@jws Are you still using Octopress? Which version? I got tired of waiting for the upgrade to switched over to Grav, which I really like, but which still has a somewhat less than frictionless workflow.
