Now that I agree with. But not for non-music.

I would have thought those were very different. You can't just upload that new thing you made to them.

/

What I haven't thought much about is whether I should make quick links to all those different kinds of feed auto-findable.

//

There's auto discovery, of course, if you go to stream.jeremycherfas.net but one of the truly great things about WithKnown is the RSS feeds [withknown.com].

You can build a feed to include any of the post types, concatenating with commas, and for any hashtags. So the version of the stream that goes to micro.blog omits some things (images, checkins) while the stream I post to the sidebar of the mothership omits others things.

//

Heh, heh.

//

I wouldn't say I was unhappy. More -- and I hated it, and hate it still -- when parents pull this, disappointed.

Ah, yes, the perils of multiple sites. I've whined a lot about that too.

//

Nah. Just a kind of meh! As far as I am concerned. Other people love it to bits.

Sorry, didn't see your request, but you should be able to see my reply to Vanessa.

OK, this page [indieweb.org] gives details and is updated as things crystallise. (Also gives physical HWCs in case you are able to manage one of those.) And folks are very helpful. I wrote about [Wednesday's V-HWC}(https://stream.jeremycherfas.net/2017/the-value-of-explaining-yourself) and there are lots of other bits and pieces on the indieweb wiki.

The next one will be in two weeks time, on 26 July.
