@kdfrawg I see what you did there.

Thanks. Make it so.

Well that was a fun morning. Great exhibit of photos by Letizia Battaglia, who chronicled many of the killings in Sicily in the 1970s and 80s and much else besides.

Now waiting for the Sparks.

I think he is English and has lived a long time in Denmark.

Yes. That's why I don't currently do it. But things like dictating into a google doc are making it easier.

@kdfrawg there's a faint possibility that it is a duff modem/router, but that will be my final check.

I'm thinking, in an ideal world, I'd have a transcript of the raw tape and mark that up. The only reason to keep drafts, I suspect, is to find bits that I chop out and then want to use again. A transcript would be much better.

I think you will like it. The presentation, tone and pace are so very English. Makes a great change in my listening. So glad the new season popped up.

How many drafts of a finished podcast do I need to keep.

This is not a trick question, and I know that storage is cheap, but honestly, do I need more than the raw audio, the final edit and the final mix?

Any ideas?

Not found that here. May be an option if a change of wiring doesn't do the trick.

// @kdfrawg

Two wires but only 4 pins on RJ11. Seems to be 2 and 3 but I also tried 1 and 4. I've exhausted my knowledge, and don't have a multimeter to play with.
