Progress report. Been at a hydrothermal Park all day, partaking Of lightly radioactive hot water in various ways. Also elemental reenergising. Aside from the woo, it has been great.

@gtwilson I just listened to a very interesting episode of the Nocturne podcast, about a woman who has created a personal ritual called candle hour. Apparently she wrote about it in the NYT. Sounds doable.

@nitinkhanna I just finished A Very British Coup by Chris Mullins. Dates back to the 1980s but is eerily relevant.
