@kdfrawg I suppose it does. The phrase is a hangover from early days of tv in the uk; whenever there was a glitch of any sort the screen would show a message saying normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.

I think there is something to be said for polished concrete indoors, but not really unfinished just-poured.
