@kdfrawg This is the piece [motherjones.com]. And apparently as a result there has been a federal decision to end the private operation of prisons. Which is quite an achievement.
Alas, this is an exception, and journalism is not entirely alive and well. From over here, the coverage of your election, and much else besides, makes that very clear. But there do remain glimmers of life.
