Listened to the latest 99pi episode on Froebel's Gifts [99percentinvisible.org] and, quite apart from finding it very fascinating, found my self thinking of @matigo and his boy.
@phoneboy No idea how you are supposed to shift the timing when you do it regularly. To local bedtime, perhaps. And maybe a day in advance?
@hazardwarning Congrats. Had a mind to do the Easter Oratorio here, but abandoned it in favour of tinkering with a website.
@larand I’m lucky in that I am both a good sleeper and have little that I must stay awake for. I have also read good things about taking melatonin every night, not just for jet lag, even if you are a good sleeper and especially if you’re not.

@jws Funny, the site is just as bad on Firefox. Anyway, I took a look and the pricing for the app is way beyond me. Do you use the app? The book is not exactly inexpensive either, so it would be handy to have a bit more from you on why you like it.
