Thought I'd pop over to Admin to see what all this talk about Notes and To-dos is all about. Looks neat, I have to say, although not something I'm ever likely to use myself. Because I just don't use the computer for that sort of thing. Well, Notes yes, but in nvALT. Never really been able to keep proper To-dos on the machine though. I use the calendar for meetings and time bound things, but not for general reminders. They're on paper, in a notebook.

Not my thoughts, those of an anthologist called Marv Harris. In essence, in the near east, pigs compete with humans for water. But they're delicious. So without a proscription, people would keep pigs and suffer water problems.

Makes more sense to me than anything about trichinosis.
