@indigo I suspect that the pizza oven is too hot, as you say.

@gtwilson I couldn't begin to do that.

@indigo The temperature and time of baking are the main culprits. Fats and milk will always give a softer bread. I suspect too long or too hot or both.

In hotter parts the harvest will start in late October early November. If I were you I would buy a small amount of a good brand and wait.

Noticed my first advert on Overcast this morning, and while it is unobtrusive enough I do wonder why, as a paying customer, I should see it at all.
