What's the best way to create and send an invite? This should be a FAA.

Anyone recommend a good Pomodoro timer for OSX? I'm fed up with how quickly the iOPS version drains my phone battery, and as I only ever use it when at my desk, seems like an OSX version is the answer. But there are so many competing out there with so little to distinguish them.
