I'll be finishing the edit and then putting together a pretty straightforward show so we can go to the lake tomorrow to chill.
@matigo A little bit of crunchy burnt is the whole point of barbecues, but not a blackened lump.
I wasn't much in evidence yesterday as I was working and preparing for a little supper party last night. Both went rather well, I am pleased to report. Simple barbecue and salad, but this time done to a turn and not burnt. Yay me.
